Phoenix brings nearly a decade of experience in operational management within the environmental sector. His background spans the delivery of corporate sustainability and recycling practices in the UK, international scientific expeditions in Central America, and the development of carbon and biodiversity projects worldwide. Holding a BSc in Biology, Phoenix now serves as Head of Programme Management at rePLANET, leading the onboarding and integration of new projects and ensuring alignment with organisational systems for effective, scalable delivery. He builds strong partnerships with in-country and international service providers while working collaboratively across departments to ensure operational feasibility. Based in London, Phoenix spends his free time improving his tennis game and language skills in Spanish and (very basic) Indonesian.
