Oliver brings over 10 years’ experience across environmental enterprise, rural development, and project operations in Central America. At rePLANET, he manages GANBOS in the Zona Norte, Caribe, and Central regions, coordinating implementation with partners, overseeing planning and budgets, and cultivating strong relationships with stakeholders throughout the region.
Before joining rePLANET, Oliver worked across both private and non-profit sectors. He built and scaled a circular economy business in Costa Rica, driving commercial performance and product development, and delivered programmes in the NGO sector supporting rural communities in both Costa Rica and Nicaragua. He brings a practical focus on effective project delivery, making sure plans translate into results on the ground.
