Agronomy Operations Manager
Obed Azofeifa is rePLANET’s Agronomy Operations Manager, responsible for maintaining quality control across the agronomic components of project implementation, including regenerative grazing systems. His role focuses on coordinating field teams, aligning operational processes, and ensuring that documentation, monitoring systems, and procedures meet the rigorous standards required for carbon project methodologies.
Obed is an Agricultural Science Engineer from EARTH University with a professional focus on regenerative agribusiness systems. He is currently completing a Master’s in Agribusiness Management and Sustainable Markets at CATIE, where he is developing his graduation project within rePLANET on the use of AI agents to improve organizational management.
He is known for his ability to translate complex challenges into structured solutions through close collaboration with field teams and senior management. In his free time, he works on his small regenerative poultry farm, exercises, and enjoys cooking with fresh products from the land.
