Joto is responsible for overall management of the Project Design team, overseeing development and implementation of workflows, processes, systems and documentation for streamlining data management, collaborative work and overall design of NBS projects (Carbon and Biodiversity). Together with his team he focuses on innovation, problem solving, streamlining and improving systems and procedures to overcome challenges and limitations in Carbon and Biodiversity Project Design, Compliance and MRV to stay at the forefront of current R&D and adapting to match the current best practice requirements in this rapidly changing environment. Joto has an academic background with several scientific publications in Wildlife Research and Biodiversity Monitoring in the tropics, fuelled by an unexplainable fondness for crocodilians, swamps, and tropical forests.
