Bel Miller is a HR and People specialist, with particular expertise working with scaling businesses. Her recent roles have focused on businesses in the sustainability sector and supporting international teams in structuring and delivering growth. Her focus is to ensure teams and individuals have the structure and purpose they need to thrive, while maintaining agility.
Bel’s early career was spent as an analyst in the business information sector, specializing in Financial Services and Consumer Goods. She has a BSc in Economics and is currently completing her CIPD Level 7. Having left London in 2015, she now lives in rural Oxfordshire with her husband and two daughters.”
